We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. Please read this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) carefully to understand how we use your personal information. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time and any changes will be effective upon posting. If there are any changes in how we treat your Personal Information, we will notify you by email at our discretion. Please check this Policy frequently for updates, before continuing to use the Site.

Information Collection

When you register to the Site, we ask you to provide certain personal information including your email, phone number, address, ID number with individual or tax code with the company; information regarding skills and experience for experts, bank accounts for merchants, etc. These are the information that the Growthgig Management Board needs all parties to provide to ensure the benefits for both merchants and experts.

We also collect technical information indirectly and automatically through our system when you voluntarily provide such information, including your IP address, software configuration, operating system and use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored on the Site to record your browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons, logging in, or pages you have visited). Cookies are used to recognize your device and your behavior on our Site, thus improving your navigation and ease of use.

Use of Information

Growthgig uses your personal information in a way that is consistent with this Policy. If you provide personal information for a specific purpose, we may use it for the same reason.
We use your information provided to:

  • Provide gigs information for experts and find gigs for merchants.
  • Send notifications to experts when orders are available.
  • Prevent activities that destroy user accounts of experts and merchants or counterfeit information about both sides.
  • Improve the quality of gigs for experts and merchants.
  • Solving problems and disputes related to the use of gigs throughout the website.
  • Not use personal information of experts and merchants outside the purpose of verification and contact related to transactions on the Site.
  • In the case of legal requirements, Growthgig is responsible for cooperating with judicial agencies to provide personal information of users upon request. Otherwise, no one has the right to access users’ personal information.

The Growthgig's Personal Information Protection Policy is intended to guarantee the absolute confidentiality of information about users. The collection and use of merchant/expert information are only possible with the consent of that merchant/expert unless otherwise authorized by law.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to protect merchant/expert information during the process of transferring data by encrypting the information you enter.

Merchants/experts are responsible for protecting themselves from the access to password information when sharing devices with other people. In this case, the merchant/expert must make sure to log out of their account after using Growthgig’s service.

We pledge not to deliberately disclose information of merchants/experts, to share information without the consent of merchant/expert or to breach agreements between Growthgig and all parties.

Growthgig's merchant information security policy is only applied at Growthgig. It doesn’t include or relate to other third parties that are linked to Growthgig. Merchants/experts should clearly distinguish the differences in merchant information privacy policies of these websites.

In case the host server is attacked by hackers resulting in the loss of data about merchant/expert, we will be responsible for informing the authorities for timely investigation and notifying the respective merchant/expert.

The Growthgig Management Board requires individuals who register as users to provide all relevant personal information, such as full name, contact address, email, ID number and be responsible for the legitimacy of the aforementioned information. The Management of Growthgig is not responsible for and does not resolve any complaints related to the rights of merchant/expert if information about the merchant/expert at initial registration is considered not correct.
